How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch — about 4–9 business days in total. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Yes — shipping is free on every order.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days. There are no restocking or return fees, and refunds are issued within 5 business days of your return being received.
What are the products made of?
Our laundry baskets use a thick, soft quilted cotton-polyester blend with canvas handles. Totes are double-layered with wave quilting, duffles feature padded quilting with raised appliqué artwork, and toiletry bags are lightly padded with a zip closure.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is printed and quilted to order, so pattern placement, binding and stitching can vary slightly from the photos, and sizes may vary by 1–3 in. The main design is always as shown.
Do the laundry baskets stand up on their own?
Yes. They hold their shape even when empty and fold flat for storage when not in use.
