We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions and specifications accurately. Natural materials such as travertine, marble and wood vary in color and pattern, so each piece may differ slightly from the photos. Screen settings may also affect how colors appear.
2. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time without notice. If an order was placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing it. Payment is collected securely at checkout.
3. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock errors or pricing errors. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
4. SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 4–9 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with no restocking or return shipping fees. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. INSTALLATION AND USE
Hardwired lighting should be installed in accordance with local electrical codes, and we recommend installation by a licensed electrician. Always follow product specifications for voltage, bulb type and maximum wattage. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or use.

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We may update any information on the site at any time without notice.
